Pilot class plan

Run a low-risk pilot with one teacher and one class.

Keep it practical: one normal lesson, one quick review checkpoint, and no enterprise theatre.

1

Week 1 setup check

Confirm the teacher device, internet, mic choice, and the class you want to test first.

  • Pick one class where spoken instruction is easy to miss.
  • Check the class-code join flow before the lesson.
  • Make sure the teacher mic plan is ready.
2

Week 2 run one normal lesson

Use ReVerbal in a real class without changing how the teacher usually teaches.

  • Share the class code and start captions.
  • Let students follow on a display, their devices, or both.
  • Remind students the transcript stays available after class.
3

Review the result

Check whether captions were clear enough and useful enough to justify another lesson.

  • Did students keep up more easily?
  • Did the mic setup hold up in the room?
  • What should change before the next class?
